The Project Coordination work package is leaded by KU Leuven and assures the smooth coordination of the partners for a successful and sustainable development of ED-AFFICHE.
In this regard, the main objectives of the work package are to facilitate lean and efficient project management structures, to ensure smooth running of the project and fulfilment of reporting and monitoring requirements and finally to follow-up and coordinate all other work packages, including timely delivery of high-quality project outputs.
This work package also takes care of the setting up and the coordinating the External Advisory Committee, composed of experts from higher education stakeholder community. The Committee makes sure that the project is inclusive of the perspectives of all the stakeholders potentially impacted by the European Degree Label.
