CHARM-EU Open Science Day – Online training to build OS culture and practical knowledge
TORCH is organizing the first CHARM-EU Open Science Day on 9 June 2023 with training sessions on successfully mainstreaming Open Science at universities and providing ready-to-use knowledge to researchers and staff members.
CHARM-EU joins the global awareness International Day Against LGBTQIA+ Discrimination on 17th May 2023
The International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) was created in 2004 to raise global awareness about the violence and discrimination against people who identify as lesbians, gays, trans, bisexuals, or any other sexual orientations have to face every day. CHARM-EU joins to raise awareness of this International Day, reiterating our commitment to breaking down discrimination specifically in our day-to-day organisational culture and in a broader sense in science and education.
Co-creating space for collaborative research and learning – Join the TRED conference 2023
Between 12 and 14 June 2023, WIMEK is organising the first TRED conference. The interactive event titled “Co-creating space for collaborative research and learning to inspire, interact and integrate” will focus on inter- and transdisciplinary science, a central topic for our TORCH project as well.
CHARM-EU joins the global awareness-raising on World Press Freedom Day
To highlight the importance of the free press and the respect for the freedom of expression, the 3rd of May was declared World Press Freedom Day by the United Nations General Assembly. In the face of multiple crises threatening media freedom, journalist safety, and freedom of expression, CHARM-EU joins the global awareness-raising campaign.
