The virtual thematic support offices of CHARM-EU complete and support the operational work of the Alliance. They unite fulltime or part-time staff located in the different partner universities, allowing flexibility and providing inter-institutional and intercultural diversity for adapting to the specific needs arising in CHARM-EU. They secure the continuous, comprehensive and equal representation of each member university in the joint operation of the Alliance. The staff from the Thematic Support Offices are also involved in CHARM-EU activities, such as the participation in projects through work packages.
