Throwback: 1st KCT Hackathon in Montpellier

30 participants, all members of one of the 5 CHARM-EU universities and actively involved in the Knowledge Creating Teams gathered in Montpellier for 4 days where they participated in a Hackathon, an intensive working week for the CHARM-EU teaching staff and module designers of the CHARM-EU Master’s “Global challenges for sustainability”. They got to participate in a wide range of innovative group activities aiming at high productivity and team building.

First step towards phase 2 of the Master’s

This activity was organized to help them structuring and preparing the module delivery for the second phase of the Master’s programme, scheduled to begin in February 2022. During this phase, students will have to select one of the three following learning tracks, each of them being constituted of different modules: Food, Water, and Life & Health.

Building a strong community

This first face-to-face meeting was also the perfect opportunity to strengthen the links between KCT members and to build on the existing relationships between the partners to develop a very strong CHARM-EU community, one of the main pillars of the CHARM-EU alliance. Being challenged altogether and helping each other to identify the best solutions for a smooth module delivery definitely contributed to make the collaboration between our five universities even stronger.
